Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LittleLoft.eu. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the goods. Lacquered products are excluded from this.

Returns in 4 Simple Steps

1. Pack the product securely

Please pack the items in the original box wherever possible. If this is no longer available, please use sturdy packaging of similar dimensions:

• Beds: max. 200 × 20 × 20 cm

• Mattresses: max. 150 × 36 × 36 cm

• Textiles & decoration: pack as compactly as possible

2. Register your return

Send us an email at info@littleloft.eu with the following information:

• Your order number

• The products you would like to return

• (optional) reason for return

• A photo of the packaged goods helps us organise the collection more efficiently

3. Arrange the return shipment

After reviewing your return request, we will send you a return label.

Alternatively, you can send the return yourself to the following address:

4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days, less a flat-rate share of the return costs:

• Bed: 104 €

• Mattress: 46 €

• Textiles & decoration: 46 €

  Please note: If the return exceeds the dimensions stated above, we will not be able to arrange a collection service. In this case, we ask you to arrange the return yourself and to cover the shipping costs yourself.

Returns in the Case of a Complaint

In the case of justified complaints (e.g. damaged or faulty items), we will of course cover the full return costs.

Warranty

All products in our shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
