General Terms and Conditions of the LittleLoft Online Shop

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the Seller’s online shop, in particular the ordering and purchase of goods from the Seller’s range, the performance of purchase contracts, the rights and obligations of the contracting parties, and the handling of complaints.

§ 1 — Seller

Seller: FurniLift B.V., trading under the name “Little Loft”.

Contact information:

§ 2 — Definitions

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands.
  • Contact form: A form on the online shop’s website provided for communication between the user and the Seller.
  • Order form: An electronic form that allows the Customer to order products and select delivery and payment methods.
  • Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses the online shop.
  • Consumer: A natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.
  • Product: Goods, rights, or services offered through the online shop.
  • Purchase contract: A contract for the purchase of products concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

§ 3 — General Provisions

  1. The Seller offers goods through the online shop that can be purchased by Customers.
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Customers of the online shop, unless expressly provided otherwise herein.
  3. Information about products and prices in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation for the Customer to submit an offer.

§ 4 — Prices and Payment Terms

  1. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT.
  2. Standard delivery is free of charge, with no minimum order value. Optional services chosen by the Customer, such as assembly, are not included in the product prices and are shown separately.
  3. The Seller accepts the following payment methods:
    • Bank transfer
    • Online payment services (e.g. PayPal, Stripe)
    • Cash payment for personal collection

§ 5 — Conclusion of Contract

  1. The purchase contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the Customer’s order by email.
  2. The Customer is obliged to provide the details stated in the order completely and correctly.

§ 6 — Delivery

  1. The Seller delivers within the countries of the European Union.
  2. Delivery usually takes 15 – 22 working days, unless a different delivery time is stated for the product.
  3. The cost of any optional services chosen by the Customer will be communicated before the order is completed.
  4. The Customer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and to report any transport damage to the Seller and the carrier without delay.
In exceptional cases – for example due to delays caused by our supplier or manufacturer – the delivery time may be extended. In such cases, we endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. A delivery time stated on the website is generally to be understood as an estimate unless it has been expressly agreed as a fixed “delivery date”.
We therefore accept no liability for delays that are beyond our control. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.

§ 7 — Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days without giving reasons, except for lacquered products.
  2. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer received the goods.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by email (info@littleloft.eu).
  4. The consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
  5. The Seller shall refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the return.

Assembled products

Products that have been fully or partially assembled cannot be returned. Assembly leaves visible marks on the product’s components, such as screw marks, marks at the joints, pressure marks or other signs of use. As a result, the product can no longer be offered for sale as new.

This provision does not limit the customer’s rights under mandatory statutory provisions, in particular in the event of defects or non-conformity of the product with the contract.

§ 8 — Warranty and Complaints

  1. The Seller warrants that the products sold are free from material and workmanship defects.
  2. Complaints may be submitted in writing or by email to info@littleloft.eu.
  3. The Seller will process complaints within 14 days.

§ 9 — Data Protection

  1. The Seller processes the Customer’s personal data exclusively for the performance of the purchase contract.
  2. Further information on data protection can be found in the online shop’s Privacy Policy.

§ 10 — Final Provisions

  1. Dutch law applies to all disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect the protection consumers enjoy under the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
  2. The competent court is the court of the Seller’s registered seat in Breda, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

§ 11 — Note on Delivery Time

In exceptional cases – for example due to delays caused by our supplier or manufacturer – the delivery time may be extended. In such cases, we endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. A delivery time stated on the website is generally to be understood as an estimate unless it has been expressly agreed as a fixed “delivery date”.
We therefore accept no liability for delays that are beyond our control. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.
