Extra-tall wheat-ear braid of five strands, handmade from dense velvet (320 g/m²), with hypoallergenic silicone balls. Colour White, 7 lengths from 180 to 410 cm.
Description
The wheat-ear braid is plaited from five strands and, at around 21–23 cm, is noticeably taller than a classic braid – ideal as a soft surround for cots and house beds. Handmade from dense, short-pile velvet (320 g/m²).
How to use it
The braid is tied to the bed with sewn-in ribbons and protects against hard wooden bars and cold walls. It can also be shaped into a nest, used as support for the first attempts at sitting or simply laid in the nursery as a decoration. Which length? For a 60 × 120 cm cot, 180 cm covers one long and one short side, 360 cm goes all the way round. For a 90 × 200 cm house bed, 280 cm covers the long side and head end, 410 cm the long side and both ends.

No, assembly is simple and takes around 1.5 hours. An illustrated manual is included. If you’d prefer to sit back: we offer an assembly service across Europe. Just email us after your order at info@littleloft.eu.
The price includes the bed with a wooden slatted base. The mattress is available separately – you can add it directly when ordering. You will find our mattresses under Children’s Mattresses.
Most models are available in 5 colours: Natural, Clear lacquer, White, Grey and Retro. Sizes range from 80×160 to 120×200 cm – depending on the model. You can see all the options in the configurator above.
All beds are made of FSC-certified pine wood and finished with non-toxic water-based paints compliant with EN 71-3. The construction supports up to 190 kg. The safety rail can be fitted on either side and removed at any time. You get a 5-year warranty.
